New Zealand is an island
paradise in the sub-tropical South Pacific ocean. The Bay of Islands is
a historic maritime park with 144 Islands and secluded bays. The Bay
has an abundance of marine life, and was the original cradle of
European civilization.
Harbour House Villa is
located on a promontory over looking the Bay of Islands and the
picturesque Opua marina nestled between twin Norfork Pines.
Incredible panoramic views in several directions.
To the north, you have the best views of the Bay of Islands.
To the east is a great view of the Waikare River.
To the southeast is the Kawakawa River, the Opua wharf and the Marina.
You can watch the occasional cruise ship anchor in the bay and observe
overseas sailing yachts making first landfall after a blue water
passage.
What we think you'll enjoy the most is the ability to sit on the deck
and feel as free as the many types of birds here, watch the sun rise
and set on the horizon, view the stars including the Southern Cross and
the Milky Way, and then choose what you want to do... if anything at
all.
